At First Stages we take a holistic and individual approach towards every child that is cared for by ourselves, from their first stages in babyhood to them growing and developing into toddlerhood through to the confident pre-schoolers that they will eventually become.

Living on Prana - yoga studio - Cornwall
I discovered yoga in the Daintree Rainforest (Australia) in 2003 and at that time I knew I had found something that had deeply touched me. Yoga had almost instantaneously expanded my mind and enabled me to see things in a way that I had not seen before. I can still remember the beach the mangrove trees, the teacher and his words – “imagine your thoughts as clouds in the sky – watch and let them pass.”
Greenway retreats - retreat centre - Cornwall
The family came together to provide a space to share with everyone. James and Helen Greenway set up ‘Greenway Retreats’ in 2017 to promote health and spiritual living with an alternative twist.
